Found a mismatched package, changed developer, unavailable source, wrong guide step or outdated download label? A precise report is more useful than a general request to mark an app “safe.” This channel exists so public evidence can update the public record—without inventing facts to fill gaps.
What to include (so we can act)
- The full address of the AppGamesHub page (or the app name + slug if the URL broke).
- The exact field or sentence that appears wrong (developer, package, status, source link, guide step, download label).
- The correction you suggest, plus a public first-party source when possible (Play listing, developer page, dated store snapshot).
- For a broken or unexpected link: the destination you saw and the date/time you observed it. Remove personal tokens from URLs.
- For a guide issue: your Android version and the exact non-sensitive error text—not screenshots that show account balances or IDs.
Examples of useful vs weak reports
Useful: “On /apps/yono-rummy/ the package field is empty, but Play listing https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=… checked today names developer X and package Y.”
Weak: “Please mark this app safe / official / best.” That asks for a conclusion we do not certify. Send the identity evidence instead.
Useful: “Affiliate Disclosure still describes a multi-app button strip; the live detail page shows one primary download for this title.” Pointing at a logic mismatch helps us fix policy pages before go-live.
How the review works
We first determine whether the evidence concerns the same app, package, region and release. A matching source can support a correction; an unexplained conflict may change the status to conflicting_information. A correction can also remove a field or mark it unknown. The public record changes only after review. Sending a report does not immediately overwrite existing information, and it is not a guarantee of a reply.
Where to send the report
- Email: [email protected]
- Telegram: @GameAdsBiz
Put the page URL and the disputed field in the first lines so we can match the record quickly. Prefer email for long source quotes; Telegram works for short alerts with a link.
Privacy and follow-up
Reports are stored privately for editorial review in this site’s WordPress database and are scheduled for deletion after 30 days, when the next site visit or maintenance run performs cleanup. A reply email is optional. Outgoing email is not enabled, so do not rely on receiving an email response. A correction to a public page can be verified by returning to that page after it is updated.
Do not include passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, payment-card details, identity documents or private account histories. Do not submit someone else’s personal information. This is an editorial correction channel; it cannot recover an app account, process a payment dispute or act for an app developer.
If an app source changes after our last check, please report the new evidence even when the previous snapshot was accurate at the time. Dated honesty beats silent drift.
Corrections workflow pass: (Asia/Shanghai).
